1.
How do you change
the photo into
a sketch?
We
use a digital
scan of the
photograph as
a template.

2.
Who creates
the sketch?
The
sketches are
created by Jewell
Peterson, expert
colorist, portrait
and landscape
artist of thirty
years. We do
the work in
America, and
we support our
local economy.

3.
Can I send a
snapshot via
regular mail?
You
can send your
snapshot to:
Jewell Peterson
PO Box 3
Ouray, Colorado
81427

4.
What if I don't
like the sketch?
If
you don't like
the sketch,
you can ask
for another
one or you may
have your money
back if you
respond within
5 working days
of receiving
it.

5.
Can I approve
the sketch before
you send it?
Yes,
we will send
you a link that
will take you
to your sketch.
Keep in mind
that the sketches
look much softer
in person. The
computer screen
flattens out
the colors and
makes them look
more stark than
the real thing.

6.
Does shipping
cost me or you?
We
pay shipping.

7.
How long does
it take to receive
the finished
product?
From
the time you
place your order,
it should take
10 business
days. We do
not guarantee
a time limit,
only because
we are human
beings, doing
a painstaking
task. We do
guarantee to
communicate
with you if
there are any
setbacks.

8.
What if I have
a deadline?
Let
us know if you
have a deadline
and we will
do our best
to accomodate
your needs.
As we said before,
communication
is key!

9.
Will the sketch
be framed?
We
do not frame
the work. It
is our experience
that people
prefer to choose
frames and mats
that match their
room decor and
personal taste.
